Casa Romantica sits at the top of a cobblestone street surrounded by bougainvillea growing on the stone walls of Villas Altas Garza Blanca.

Entering the front door of this spectacular two bedroom villa, you are greeted by a breathtaking view across the living room to the sparkling waters of Banderas Bay. The casa feels instantly like the romantic retreat for which it was named. The decor is a rich palate of Mexican colors and has been restored with care and attention to both aesthetics and convenience.

Upstairs is the charming master suite with balconies overlooking a canopy of trees and an adjacent den. The magnificent master bath is marble and wood with a huge walk-in shower.

The story of Casa Romantica: When Bill and I were looking for property in Puerto Vallarta, we wanted to be close to town but away from the bustle of the North side. When we walked into the villa for the first time, green parakeets flying around the verandah, sweeping views of the bay, the jungle to the left and the infinity pool, we said at the same time: this is a romantic hideaway. And so, we named her Casa Romantica. People come and get so relaxed and freed of stress that they don't want to leave!! - Clare
