This amazing, spacious, two bedroom, two bathroom condominium is located in the wonderfully upscale neighborhood of Conchas Chinas. It is a short bus or taxi ride to Old Town and only 5 minutes from the famous Conchas Chinas beach. There are two delicious restaurants with full bars across the street, a taxi stand and bus pickup.
Mexican charm and elegance abound in this ample corner unit at the celebrated Costa de Oro condominiums in Conchas Chinas. North end corner residence with lots of windows through-out making it bright and breezy. The views are incomparable from almost every point of this residence and the open floor plan gives a feeling of ampleness. There are authentic Mexican details through-out such as terracotta color tile flooring and "Parota" dark wood carpentry. An oversize terrace with a spectacular panoramic ocean view make an ideal spot for sipping margaritas and "Al Fresco" dining. The kitchen features an oven, 6 burner gas stove with a grill, dishwasher, refrigerator and all the other amenities you could want. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the condo available for your use.
This charming condo also features a large, flat-screen TV and DVD player in the living room with a good assortment of DVDs. There is enough seating for a small gathering. The living area opens up to the large terrace with a dining table with seating for 6 and gorgeous views of the bay. There are also games, cards, books and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy. The dining room table has seating for 6 with beautiful table linens and serving dishes.
The spacious bedrooms both have en suite bathrooms and flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom features a king size bed, dvd player and opens onto the fully covered terrace that features a full 180 degree view of the Bay of Banderas. The guest bedroom features two twin beds that can be put together to make a king and a small sitting area with a large window that lets in natural light- a perfect area for curling up with a good book. There is also a pull out twin bed and 2 aero-beds available.
Other features of the condo include filtered water, central air conditioning, cable tv, wireless internet, telephone for local calls, magic jack phone for calls to the US and Canada, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer, hair dryer and plenty of sheets and towels.
The gorgeous, heated swimming pool has stunning views of the bay, is well kept and has lounge chairs and tables and umbrellas available for your days in the sun or evenings under the stars.
The condo is perched on top of a hill to offer amazing views of the bay. Just below the unit is a conveniently located, well-lit staircase that takes you right to a taxi stand at street level. Less than 100 feet away is a bus stop, and directly across the street are two restaurants and bars. You will hear some road noise when the doors are open.
The well-maintained building has security gates and cameras, an elevator and security guards 24/7.

The building Costa de Oro in Conchas Chinas sits on the side of the mountain and its spectacular scenery will simply take your breath away. The maintenance of the building itself including the pool area and surroundings rivals any 5 star property and the care taken to preserve its reputation and its surroundings is bar none. The security level is discreet but exceptional as are the smiling faces of all the maintenance staff. Say hello to Juan and tell him Senor Luc and Peter say hi....Stepping into the condo itself is like a setting out of a romance novel with its soothing colors and decor. You will have everything you need to make your stay memorable from dishes, cups, glasses, beach towels, beach chairs and all the extra perks if you should want to cook your heart out in the kitchen or wash your clothes in the laundry room in your condo. The roman tub with shower and window opening onto the hillside is private and fabulous. The almost 40 foot balcony with its incredible views is truly the star of this property and you will be mesmerized. Please be warned that there are many stairs to climb or descend if you should want to go to the beach but your reward is a taxi stand at the bottom and the bus stop and access to the beach and town by foot is just minutes away. There is noise from the main road in your condo but for us that out weighed any of the incredible qualities this place offers. Spectacular, romantic, exceptionally clean...not a bug in sight for the entire month we were here. Hopefully, the future will bring us back to this magical condo and we thank Julie for everything as she responded quickly to any issues or questions that we had (all minor, like how to turn the oven on....we had had too many margaritas at that point) A place of dreams that you will never forget......Gracias Julie for this incredible opportunity

Came for a long weekend with my family and thoroughly enjoyed staying here. We were greeted by Angel the concierge, who not only gave us a tour of the condo and complex but was a phone call away to help us out on anything we needed.He actually helped us book some local zip lining tours and even got us a nice discount! He is awesome. Communication with Julie (owner) was easy and efficient. We had a late return flight and Julie even allowed us to stay for a late late check out, Thanks Julie! The area is terrific and the condo is an excellent place to stay. Tastefully decorated and clean - with a magnificent view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The grounds are secured, and clean..Nice pool, our kids loved it!Excellent location and within walking distance to everything you need. Will definitely come back and stay here again
I had the pleasure of staying in this lovely suite for almost three weeks. The views were the best I've seen with daily sightings of whales, dolphins, and large jumping fish, fantastic sunsets, and night time fireworks. Attentive security staff increased my sense of safety and were very helpful with getting directions and calling taxis, and the local concierge kept our unit stocked with bottled water. The condo is about a 30 minute walk from old town and makes for a great walk to and from some PV's better restaurants. I would certainly recommend this accommodation for my friends!
We loved our entire first experience in Puerto Vallarta and these accommodations were a big part of it! Most people feel inclined to book accommodations in the “hotel zone”...this condo is at the opposite side...and highly recommended. You have a beautiful, quiet retreat, with great access to bus and cabs for the 5 minute ride into Old Town. We often walked. We did find the street noise below didn’t allow us to leave the balcony doors open at night, but it was tolerable with the side windows. We could have closed everything up and used the air conditioner but chose not to. Communication with Julie was great. She was very helpful with any questions and quickly responsive. We truly loved our time spent in this home.
