Cote Bleu Beach House

This beach house is over 2,000 sq. ft with four separate sleeping areas that can accommodate up to ten comfortably. The home has three bedrooms, two baths and a large Sunroom with two convertible queen beds. The ground floor Master Suite features a king-sized bed, large private bath with a deep jacuzzi soaking tub, and a separate shower. There are two bedrooms upstairs; one with two twin mattresses and the second with a king mattress. All mattresses in the home are new and Temper-Pedic. Each bedroom is equipped with a Plasma TV and DVD player.

The home features a very large beach front deck with panoramic views of the ocean, and islands, and the property backs up to its own private beach! The home is fully equipped with upscale designer chaise lounge chairs, furnishings, and an outdoor dining area. You can sit out on the deck, watch the dolphins, and see the kids enjoying themselves on the sand while you soak up the wonderful Santa Barbara sun!

The designer kitchen includes top of the line Wolf, Miele and Sub Zero appliances as well as all cooking utensils and enough dinnerware to serve a large group. There is a lovely wood burning fireplace in the living room with a 60' flat screen TV and DVD player.

There is a large fenced yard for activities as well as an eight person jacuzzi tub. This property is also gated with the utmost privacy. This very relaxed yet luxurious beach home truly has all that one would want in a lovely getaway on Padaro Lane.

Fantastic!

We rented this house for our family of 5 over Labor Day weekend. It was wonderful! The house is bright and clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and the living room had exquisite views. The back patio overlooks the ocean which is so close that you can keep an eye on your kids without having to even go on the sand. Every member of my family loved it and we can't wait to go back. Perfect family Getaway

Love Love Love this Beach house. It is truly paradise and was perfect location for my family. My father is elderly and doesn't like to travel. When we arrived he was confused, but he found the perfect spot in the sun room and sat there for hours while the rest of us sat on the beach or on the deck. I would definitely stay here again soon. Excellent Family Vacation.

A wonderful beach home!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Mother's Day weekend in this charming beach house. It was perfect for all ages and completely user friendly and welcoming.
