Our condo is ideal for up to 6 people. It is also ideal for senior couples who love to get away to sunny California every winter.

Stay in our beautiful two bedroom two bath condo just steps to world famous Carpinteria State Beach! Our condo is apart of the beautiful Solimar Sands complex located across the street from Carpinteria State Beach.

This condo is facing the ocean and the among the largest square foot condos in the complex. We also have a outside deck in this 2nd floor condo which faces the beach with ocean views and a barbecue.

You will find the interior of our condo with a completely equipped kitchen with all appliances. Tile floors in kitchen and in both bathrooms. Wood laminate wood flooring in living and dining area. Carpet throughout rest of condo.

We have new comfortable chairs and a new leather sofa, perfect for relaxing or watching TV on the Flat screen Smart TV. Dining room table seats four.

The two bedrooms are both located upstairs. The master bedroom upstairs has a new Cal-King bed, dresser drawer, clothes closet and a wall mounted HD Flat screen TV to enjoy from bed.

The 2nd bedroom has awesome adult-size bunk beds and a full bed and clothes closet and a wall mounted HD flat screen TV too for the kids or 2nd couple to enjoy !

There are two bathrooms. One upstairs and one downstairs. A full Shower/bath is in upstairs bathroom and and a shower in downstairs bathroom.

We provide all your linens and towels so all you need is to bring your suitcase!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and even a Blender, Coffee maker, Microwave (of course ) and even a Crock-Pot !

We have a variety of books and games to play in the storage cabinet under the TV in the living room.

You will find our condo to be not only relaxing but quiet! The master bedroom is on the beach side where you will sleep to the sound of the waves each night! The living room downstairs, with the sliding door to the deck allows you to enjoy the cool breeze and the sound of the ocean waves while relaxing or napping.

The complex has 2 pools and a in-ground spa to rest those tired muscles after a great day in the wine country, golfing or laying on the beach.

The complex also has 2 blue tooth app operated laundry rooms equipped with washers and dryers.

The complex has easy access parking in front and gated parking in back. Come rest a while at our paradise by the sea in beautiful Carpinteria, California.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
• 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
• No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Great location and comfortable condo!

We loved walking on the beach and the town is wonderful. The condo is comfortable and has all of the amenities we needed. Beds are very comfortable!

Another amazing stay at a Solimar condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary stay at this unit, our favorite of all so far in the past 7 stays in Carp. Very easy to have our kids with small grandkids come visit for pool or beach time! Everything was super convenient and homey. Thankyou to our host!

October in Carpinteria.... the best!!

We loved staying at your charming condo. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Mostly we ate out (Esau’s was so good) but it was a joy to have available all that was offered.

If I could say anything was missing, I’d have to say a clock, but who watches the time on vacation?

Another wonderful stay in Carpinteria

This is the second time that we have stayed at Anne’s condo in Solimar Sands. It’s a great location, close to the beach, pool, on site, views of the ocean, and well equipped. We didn’t have any issues, but the check-in process was very smooth. Highly recommended!

Our new beach spot

We loved finding this gem in Carpinteria and look forward to going back. Condo was perfect for our family of 4, super close to a quiet beach and walking distance to downtown.
